Can I reschedule my trip?
Based on the price list of bus station services, it is possible to change the time and date of departure with an additional charge of 10% of the bus ticket price and 100% of the station and telephone reservation in the name of handling costs for bus lines in Bosnia and Herzegovina no later than two (2) hours before departure, and on international lines eight (8) hours before departure.
I want a refund for my unused ticket. Where can I request this?
The request for a refund for the unused ticket is submitted at the place where you purchased the ticket (bus station, agency or user bank if online payment was made).
How do I request a refund for a late bus?
At the point of sale where the ticket was purchased, the point of sale is obligated to issue a refund in full without any deductions to the passenger if the line is late or is cancelled.
