GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF CENTROCARD
CentroCard is a card purchased before the trip at one of Centrotrans's points of sale for the issuance, sale, and top up of all types of cards. A passenger who does not have a ticket must enter the front door, prepare the exact amount and buy a ticket from the driver. All tickets in the system, except paper tickets purchased from the driver, must be scanned when entering the bus on validators located in the door zone. The passenger is obligated to present the card to the controller or other authorized person during the control. Controllers operate on all lines of public line transport in the territory of the Sarajevo Canton.
In accordance with the Law on Road Transport of FBiH published in the Official Gazette of FBiH 28/06 "A passenger who is transported without a valid transport ticket shall be charged on the spot with a fine of BAM 50.00 (Article 29, paragraph 1 of this Law) as well as a passenger who is transported without the card referred to in Article 37, paragraph 3 of this Law; any misuse of an electronic card is punishable! CentroCard issues three types of transport cards:
1. personalized
2. non-personalized
3. single ride tickets (purchased from the driver).
NON-PERSONALIZED CARDS
The non-personalized/reloadable CentroCard electronic card enables an unlimited number of trips on all lines of daily traffic from 06 to 24 hours on selected lines as long as there is money / credit on it so that the ticket price can be charged, and every validation of this card on the validator on the bus will grant the passenger a 5% discount on all city lines.
A non-personalized smart card can be used by one or several users.
· This type of card represents an electronic wallet for transportation in public transport. It's bought at the kiosk. It can be reloadable an unlimited number of times.
· When entering the vehicle, the user scans a card, which reduces the amount of credit in the value of the ticket for the selected zone/route or multiple zones/routes.
· One card can be used for two or more passengers, but you are required to emphasize this to the driver when validating the card. We recommend that a long-distance passenger keeps the card during the trip.
· In the event that the electronic billing system is not in operation for justified reasons, the passenger is required to purchase the ticket with the driver.
· The card issuer reserves the right to change the General Terms of Use.

PERSONALIZED CARDS
A personalized CentroCard is valid for three years from the date of issuance. The top-up price depends on the card category and the selected zones/routes. All cards can be topped-up with a monthly or annual top-up (except for the unemployed).
Each personalized card has a first and last name and photo of the user, a category designation to which it belongs and a serial number, and is not transferable to another user.
You can get personalized cards individually or in a group within a school, college, or business. The issuing is carried out in several places in the city, as follows:

Additional prescribed documentation must be provided for categories eligible for discounted or free transport.
Personalized card issuance procedure
Provide the documents necessary for the issuance of a personalized CentroCard in relation to the category for which you are applying (pensioners, students, workers, unemployed...) Photography is done on the spot or you can submit a photo;
The card with the personalized data is printed and activated in the system;
You sign the card issuance request and consent to the processing of personal data and the CentroCard card is yours

· The card issuer reserves the right to change the General Terms of Use.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONALIZED CARDS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
When submitting an application for an electronic card, the following documents must be provided:
· Worker's - R – Photo 3 X 3.5 cm.
· Student’s - S - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, original certificate from the faculty that the student is enrolled in the current academic year, student booklet for inspection, ID card.
· Secondary school – ĐS - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, certificate from the school that the student is enrolled in the current school year.
· Unemployed persons - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, certificate from the Employment Service that the person is registered as an unemployed person with the Employment Service, not older than seven days, and ID card.
· Paraplegics, Civilian Victims of War - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, certificate that a person is a paraplegic or civilian victim of war, and ID card for both categories.
· Pensioner's spouse - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, marriage certificate that the person is married to a pensioner, ID card from the person who wants a monthly ticket and ID card from the spouse as well as a copy of the penultimate pension check.
· Paraplegics, persons suffering from dystrophy and persons suffering from polio - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, the certificate on the aforementioned disease.
· Civilian victims of war - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, ID card, and certificate that a person is a civilian victim of war.
· Shaheed family – O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, the decision on the status of a Shaheed family with the prior consent of the municipality from which they come.
· War-disabled person - O - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, the decision that the person is a war-disabled person with the prior consent of the municipality that they want to be a user of CTS services (Municipalities submit lists), and ID card.
· Pensioner - P - Photo 3 X 3.5 cm, a copy of the penultimate pension check and an ID card.
Ticket purchased from the driver - individual ticket.
This is an individual one-trip ticket sold by the driver. The passenger is obligated to prepare the exact amount necessary for the purchase of the ticket.
Tickets for a single ride are not read, but by being issued by the driver, they are entered into electronic records.
