Check-in
The passenger using the return bus ticket is required to announce the return to the final destination in advance, i.e. to check-in the ticket at the point of sale no later than 48 hours before the bus departure date, and during holidays and great peak loads it is recommended to check-in early at least 96 hours before the bus departure date. This service is charged, and the charge depends on the category of bus station, as well as on the type of line.
Checking in the bus ticket for international lines in the first category bus stations is charged with BAM 4, and for intercity lines the price of checking in is BAM 2. This service consists of two components: booking a seat and station service. By checking in, the passenger secures a seat and the bus seat capacity is filled according to plan.
Centrotrans d.d. will soon be improving the quality of services in this domain, so it will be possible to check-in bus tickets online, which will make this process easier for passengers and enable faster booking of seats on buses.
