How can I buy a ticket?

You can buy a ticket on the website by going to the segment of the site dedicated to the selection of the travel route (departure and destination point). Then you can choose a one-way or return ticket, as well as the date of departure. After that, the program gradually leads you to the choice of departure, the purchase of a ticket by entering important information (name and surname, etc.), and finally to the payment.


Is it necessary to have a my.Centrotrans account to purschase a ticket?

Are there any additional costs after buying a ticket?

In case you are travelling from the bus station there is a station service fee, possibly a baggage fee, and a check-in fee if you are buying a return ticket with an open date.

What if I don't have a reserved seat on the bus?

If you bought a one-way ticket or a return ticket with a closed date, you automatically have a reserved seat on the bus. If you have a return ticket with an open date, you are required to check-in the return ticket or reserve a seat for the return.


Can I choose a seat for my trip? Where can I sit?

The process of creating a solution in which the passenger can choose the seat on the bus is in progress. At the moment, this is not the case, although some bus tickets may have the seat number written on them. It is recommended that the passengers contact the driver on the spot if they prefer a specific seating position on the bus.
