Mission and Vision

Centrotrans with its fleet, which has more than 200 buses that meet strict safety European and global technical-exploitation standards, is the leading bus company in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mission

The mission of Centrotrans d.d. Sarajevo is:

  • To ensure the continuous and quality performance of passenger transport activities using its own human and technical resources based on the principles of sustainable development and continuous monitoring of European quality trends in the field of transport activities,
  • That the company and its employees maintain all transport capacities in a state of functional capability with maximum respect for environmental protection, sustainable development and public interest of the local community in which we operate,
  • To continuously strengthen the business control system while respecting European standards of business transparency,
  • To raise the quality of service and attitude towards the passenger, so as to enable optimal occupancy and utilization of transport capacities and to provide revenues that, through payment of salaries and dividends, create satisfaction for employees and owners of the company.


Vision

The vision needs to be implemented into the business with different instruments, integrated into everyday procedures, and, most importantly, familiarised with by workers and service users. That is why the vision of Centrotrans Eurolines d.d. in the following period is:

  • To focus on the continuous provision of quality transport and other types of services by developing and constantly improving their own technical-technological and human resources,
  • To focus on the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development,
  • To ensure continuous education and additional education of all employees,
  • To implement the prescribed procedures in accordance with ISO standards,
  • To provide permanent and quality remuneration to employees in accordance with the achieved business results,
  • To create the image of a socially responsible economic entity
